Psychiatrist - Phoenix  

Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) Phoenix is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to provide care to our cancer patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. CTCA is an expanding national network of comprehensive cancer care and research centers as well as outpatient clinics. CTCA offers an integrated approach to cancer care that combines the disciplines of surgical, medical, and radiation oncology with groundbreaking precision medicine and cutting-edge clinical research. These traditional approaches are augmented by evidence-based supportive therapies designed to help patients enhance their quality of life during treatment and survivorship.

Practice Highlights: The psychiatrist will be an integral part of the medical staff, collaborating closely with all clinical specialties to maintain the highest level of clinical care, patient outcomes, and research productivity. The ideal candidate will have psycho-oncologic experience and be at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor of Psychiatry, or have equivalent experience, with a proven record of success working within the clinical care environment. Responsibilities will include contributing to and enhancing a general oncology practice, working directly with hospital administration to identify developmental needs, and mentoring and educating stakeholders of an already-prosperous model of patient care

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • MD, DO, or foreign degree equivalent
  • BC/BE Psychiatry  
  • Eligibility for Arizona medical licensure
